Krasimir Krumov is a Partner at Entrea Capital and has extensive experience with preparing and analyzing NAS and IFRS compliant financial statements. Krasimir also has deep knowledge of establishing and implementing financial management and organizational procedures aimed at creating enterprise efficiencies and creating checks and balances for management teams.

Some of the projects Krasimir has actively participated in include: the IPO of Bulgaria’s largest meat processing company with a market capitalization of €70 mln, advisory work on the valuation and financial restructuring of a Bulgarian industrial transportation company, sell-side advisory work for the largest metal can producer in Bulgaria, corporate strategy and financial management advisory work for one of Bulgaria’s leading TV production companies, and advisory work for multiple international and local projects with a focus on financial analysis.

Prior to joining Entrea Capital’s team, Krasimir worked in various audit and accounting positions at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, he focused on subsidiary accounting, financial reporting and budgeting, corporate reporting, financial budgeting and forecasting, cash management strategies, and management of various due diligence processes.

Krasimir holds an MA degree in Accounting from the University of National and World Economy in Bulgaria, Sofia.

Krasimir unwinds by playing football and tennis. He is also an avid skier and hiker.
